How to make a return
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, it is possible to return the purchased goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The package must be present in the Boutique within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
The return/exchange is not free and requires the courier costs to be paid by the customer.
Note: The choices made at this stage are final and cannot be changed.
We remind you that it is important not to remove the label from the purchased product. Keeping the label intact is essential to preserve the right to return in case of need. We thank you for your attention and we are available for any further information.
The options for returning goods are as follows:
RETURN AND REFUND REQUEST (NO EXCHANGE):
To exercise this right, you must, within the indicated terms, access the EASY RETURN area. Then select the products to return.
The shipping address is:

The package must be delivered to the boutique within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Once the returned product has been received, HGSrl will proceed, within 14 days, to the refund by reversing the payment transaction used for the purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST (SIZE OR ITEM):
To proceed with the item/size change, access the EASY RETURN platform and then specify the products you wish to return instead of new products within the portal.
In the event that the new order is for a lower amount than the original order, HGSrl will refund the difference.
RETURN WITH ISSUANCE OF VOUCHER WITHOUT TIME LIMIT:
To exercise this right, you must, within the terms indicated, access the EASY RETURN area. Then select the products to return and indicate that you wish to receive an exclusive timeless voucher for the returned amount to be used on future orders.
Once the voucher has been requested, it will not be possible to convert it into a refund.
The voucher must be used within the deadline provided.
REFUSE EXCHANGES/RETURNS/VOUCHER:
Once the returned product has been received, HGSrl will proceed to check the returned item and if the label is missing or the goods are altered, the company will have the right to refuse the procedure.

REFUND: Once we have received the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will refund you, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, including VAT and any taxes (during sales or promotions, PRIMOSTOREMULTIBRAND reserves the right to refund only with a Purchase Voucher).
Refunds usually occur within a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
If the order is paid by cash on delivery, the refund will only be made by issuing a voucher.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit or Gift Card - equal to the value of the returned item - to be used on the entire catalog and without time limits.
We remind you that in the event of a partial return of an order in which a minimum spend was required and a value discount code was applied (e.g. €20 discount), if the residual value of the order, following the return, is lower than the minimum spend required, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund.
